Wedding venue coordination for managed properties — Wedding planner — Professionals
Coordinate the venue side of an identified wedding at a managed or shared property. Establish authorised venue use, access, supplier interfaces and handover; do not assume authority over residents or take over full wedding planning.
Service scope
Venue-side coordination of an identified wedding held at a managed property or shared venue. Work is limited to the expressly delegated venue interfaces, such as authorised supplier access, setup windows, facilities coordination, event-day liaison, clearance and venue handover. The couple or lead wedding planner retains overall wedding planning unless separately commissioned. General residents' gatherings, corporate events and property administration are outside this selected scope.
What is normally included
- Plan venue-side wedding access, setup and supplier arrival arrangements
- Coordinate the agreed property facilities and event-day venue interfaces
- Complete the specified clearance and venue handover
What is not included
- General residents’ parties, corporate events or non-wedding gatherings
- Full wedding planning unless separately commissioned
- Property administration or permission to use shared space by default
- Assumed authority to act for residents
- Automatic communal-space event permission
- Property-management or legal representation services
Qualification checks
- Confirm the identified wedding, venue and authorised venue contact
- Confirm the couple or lead planner and venue-side delegated tasks
- Confirm the venue-use permissions, access, facilities and handover boundaries
- Check that coordination duties match the authorised venue-use arrangement
- Confirm who handles programme changes, supplier delays and final acceptance of the venue handover
Quote guidance
Price the venue-planning work, site meetings, event-day attendance and handover. Separate venue hire, facilities staffing and supplier costs, and state the boundary with the main wedding planner.
Lead risks
- Venue permissions and access limits can constrain the wedding plan
- Duplicated responsibility between venue staff and the lead planner can cause gaps or conflicts
